December 2024

Thank you for a successful 2024!

Our collaborative has grown from 55 to 61 T1D Centers as well as from 5 to 17 T2D Centers across the US while at the same time increasing our EHR datasets to 114,000 and 85,000 lives, respectively. This year, we collectively published over 30 articles showcasing the work of our network in top journals including Lancet and Nature. Along with these accomplishments, we are also driving improvement in clinical outcomes through quality improvement and health equity projects.

We are all looking forward to 2025 with you.

              Question:

Does anyone have experience supporting their associated medical school’s free clinic with diabetes care? I want to develop some educational curriculum and resources to help them optimize their patients with diabetes and would love to hear about anyone’s experiences. Also if anyone has a similar need we could collaborate in developing a curriculum or advocacy packet.
