🆕New Feature in the QI Portal: Support Button

We're excited to announce a powerful new feature in the T1DX-QI Portal: the Support Button. This enhancement replaces the QI Portal Issue Report Qualtrics Form and makes it easier than ever to report bugs, data quality issues, and/or missing/incomplete data.

Access: Find the Support Button in the dropdown menu, just below “Contact Us.”

Report: Click the button to open a guided form for reporting issues.

Confirmation: Users will receive an automated email confirming their submission.

Tracking: Users will receive status updates via email as their ticket progresses and is resolved.

      Q&A Corner

There have been several newly asked questions on the internal member website. Please use this link to respond and see all questions.

Name: Stephanie Ogburn, BSN, RN, CDCES, LSSGB
      Clinic: Cook Children's

Question: I am submitting this question on behalf of one of our previous team members that now works within IS-EPIC at Cook and is always looking at ways to help Endo receive data or track changes.
"Are any of the orgs managing care using Episodes or Coordinated Care Management Programs (Compass Rose)? It would be a bit of an adjustment to a change in workflows, so I wonder if anyone else has done it before and what feedback they may have?"
