Farewell and Thank you!
We would like to share our deepest gratitude Dr. Nudrat Noor and Dr. Anna Neyman as they are both leaving to pursue new opportunities.
Dr. Nudrat Noor has been with the T1DX-QI for 4 years, serving as the Director of Real World Evidence. Dr. Noor has pushed the collaborative to grow and expand in sharing real-world data and has helped in numerous industry projects and partnerships. We will miss Dr. Noor deeply and wish her all the best as she transitions to a new role.Any questions please reach out to qi@t1dexchange.org
Dr. Anna Neyman has been a treasured member of the T1DX-QI since the end of 2020. As principal investigator for the Indiana University School of Medicine, she has supported her team in implementing multiple QI efforts (e.g., increasing CGM use!), strengthened QI capacity by building a robust and diverse QI team, and led efforts to strengthen diabetes documentation with a new EMR workflow. She led her team with optimism and curiosity about what “could be.” She will transition to a new role at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital this summer. Thank you for everything, we hope to work with you again soon, Dr. Neyman!

QI Portal User Feature
1. What is your favorite feature in the Portal and why?
Our site is not yet data mapped, but very close. I am very excited to utilize the Dashboard and have access to our data and be able to compare with other sites. I currently use the Library feature for now to access articles and tools to assist with our ongoing QI projects.
2. Practically speaking, which feature (in addition to the above) do you use most often and why?
We have utilized the Library tab to review and interact with other T1D sites and their resources. I love the idea of not having to reinvent the wheel and being able to utilize other clinics proven methods that have been beneficial.
Name: Blake Adams, RN, BSN
Site: Le Bonheur Children's Hosptial
Years with the T1DX-QI: 3
3. How does the Portal support your improvement efforts?
The portal will soon aid in our data comparison and creating graphs to share our progress on various projects. For now, I love the collaborative feel it gives to be able to use the Library function for ideas for current and future projects. We are currently working on a project to address SDOH and found a questionnaire in the Library that we will be adapting to use in our clinic.
4. What do you dream the portal could do that it doesn’t do currently?
I hope eventually every site can store all of their QI tools on the portal that have proven to be useful, therefore other sites could easily implement in the projects. It would be nice to have all handouts, forms, flyers, etc. with editing enabled to more easily adapt to your clinic’s needs. It would also help save time for other clinics and become a great place to look for new ideas for QI projects!
