1.What is your favorite feature in the Portal and why?

Recurring reports that you can save, so you can go to that report with the previous criteria you’ve already saved as monthly data refreshes.

    2. Practically speaking, which feature (in addition to above) do you use most often and why?

I use the Dashboard to see how we rank against other data-mapped sites – it is a nice wake-up call! It invites me to look at other pediatric sites in the Compare tab to see if we’re on a similar track as other clinics or identify areas to focus on areas where we may be behind

    3. How does the Portal support your improvement efforts?

We are looking forward to seeing our current project (transition screening) as a measure in the Portal; in this sense, it helps us figure out how to collect information in a robust way to send to the Exchange and to use internally as well.

    4. What do you dream the portal could do that it doesn’t do currently?

We would love to note the differences between providers in our clinic. I used the data recently to present to our group; it helps motivate people! We would like to use QI Portal data to motivate our larger system for resources; we’re behind on pump use, but we don’t have enough educators. We would love to use this data to lobby hospital systems to increase hospital staff/staffing ratios for SWs, psychologists, educators, etc. Additionally, it would be neat to add other deprivation indexes (zip code, access to food, etc.) to the QI Portal features.
